Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour

¾ cup brown sugar

2 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground ginger

⅛ tsp allspice

⅛ tsp ground clove

⅛ tsp nutmeg

1 cup pumpkin puree

2 eggs

½ cup butter, melted

¼ sour cream

¼ cup buttermilk

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup dried cranberries

Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Mix flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg in mixing bowl.

  3. Beat pumpkin, eggs, butter, buttermilk, and vanilla, together in another bowl.

  4. Gradually add flour mixture until well blended.

  5. Stir in cranberries.

  6. Spoon batter into muffin cups or a greased muffin tin.

  7. Bake 20 minutes to 22 minutes
