Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Combine, flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice in large bowl
Cut or grate butter into mixture until well blended and crumbly
Set aside one cup of mixture to sprinkle on top
Add sour cream, baking powder, baking soda, egg and extract to remaining mixture
Mix until well blended
Press dough mixture into a lightly greased 10 inch spring form pan
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and extract
Evenly Pour cream cheese mixture over crust
Spoon preserve over cream cheese mixture
Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top
Bake for 1 hr 15 min on 300 degrees.
Tips:
Cutting butter: Freeze butter and use cheese grater
Substitute:
1/2 cup white sugar + 1/4 cup light brown sugar
Any fruit preserve works well with this recipe. I recommend Strawberry, Peach, or Raspberry.

3/4 cup Strawberry preserves
