1 cup semi- sweet chocolate chips
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
⅛ tsp salt
5 cups milk
2 ½ cups half & half
½ tsp vanilla
Directions
Melt chocolate chips in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in sugar, water and salt.
Bring mixture to boil whisking constantly
Add milk, half & half, and vanilla, cook for 2 minutes until heated through
Remove from heat and whisk until frothy.

Serve with marshmallows or cool whip
