Ingredients
6-7 Pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 pint Blueberries
1 cup brown sugar
1 ½ vanilla extract
2 ½ tbsp all purpose flour
½ tsp ground allspice
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
Topping
¾ cup self-rising flour
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
Substitute: JUST USE PIE CRUST
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
Combine pears, blueberries, sugar, flour, vanilla, allspice, cinnamon, salt, 4 tablespoons butter in large bowl. Toss to cover pears and blueberries completely
Pour pear & blueberry mixture into baking dish.
In another bowl, combine all ingredients for topping.
Spoon over pear and blueberries
Bake for 40 minutes
