Directions
Preheat Oven to 350°F
1. In a medium bowl combine evaporated milk, water, beaten egg, melted butter. whip mixture
2. In a large bowl, season cooked noodles with salt, garlic powder and white pepper.
3. Add 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and cheese of choice.
4. Transfer noodle mixture to baking dish of choice.
5. Pour milk mixture over noodles and cheese.
6. Cover with remaining 1 cup of extra sharp cheese
7. Bake for 35-40 min.
8. Let sit for 10-15 min before serving
Ingredients
1 box 16 oz elbow noodles (cooked)
2 cups Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 cup Mozzarella (shredded)
1 cup Cheese of Choice (Vermont Cheddar, Gouda, Munster, Romano, etc) (shredded)
1 12 oz can Evaporated Milk
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp butter melted
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Dash of salt
